| Began a continuous improvement initiative with MMS (Midwest Manufacturing Solutions) to improve our operations so that we might better serve our customers. To date, we’ve seen a 47% decrease in our order processing time, a 53% improvement in data integrity, and a successful 5S implementation in our office and shop. |
