P.E.P. TECHNOLOGY —Utilizing Measurement Masters' P.E.P. TECHNOLOGY, CAD can program parts in minutes for the laser cutters and turret presses that will make the most out of the customers' time and money. P.E.P. will arrange parts on the sheet of material in the most efficient pattern in order to decrease unnecessary machine motion and the associated wasted time and costs. P.E.P. will also fit as many parts on a sheet as possible–even interlocking parts–to increase material yield and decrease material costs. Nesting dissimilar parts provides even a bigger advantage. P.E.P. will group up to 50 dissimilar parts to be run at one time, which greatly reduces setup time and costs. And because our CAD workstations interface directly with our fabricating equipment, programs can be downloaded directly to the machines, and parts are immediately ready for full production!
