Production Manager
Matthew Gray
Production Manager Matthew Gray is a 2004 Graduate of Pensacola Christian College with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Matt has been with the company since 1998 and has held multiple roles in that time including press brake operator, prototype manager, medical cell manager, and shipping manager. In his current role as Production Manager, Matt helps oversee the day-to-day operations on our production floor and assists with training, productivity improvement, internal communication, 5S/6S, and our lean manufacturing initiatives. Matt also works closely with our shipping and quality departments to help ensure the on-time delivery and quality of every part that leaves our doors.
